With over five years’ physiotherapy experience in both hospital and private clinic settings and more than a decade as a personal trainer, I’ve seen firsthand how pain, injuries, and movement imbalances can hold people back. That inspired me to retrain as a physiotherapist, combining performance and recovery into one personalised approach.

At James Gamble Physiotherapy, every session is tailored to you. I blend physiotherapy, sports massage, and functional exercise to restore movement, build strength, and boost confidence, whether you’re returning from injury, managing a long-term condition, or simply aiming to move with more ease.
